Our Actions

Everything we do is built on three pillars: restoring damaged reefs, educating the next generation, and engaging communities to become long-term ocean stewards.

Restore

Rebuilding damaged coral reefs into thriving marine ecosystems

Artificial reef construction, coral planting, reef recovery, and biodiversity support.

We install innovative reef structures engineered to withstand ocean conditions, plant resilient coral species selected for survival in warming waters, and strengthen reef resilience through ongoing monitoring and adaptive management. Our restoration sites span multiple locations around Praslin, each tailored to the unique environmental conditions of its surroundings.

Educate

Transforming students into confident ocean guardians

Swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, coral identification, monitoring, and marine conservation training.

Through our Underwater Classroom program, students gain hands-on experience in the ocean. From foundational swimming skills to advanced reef monitoring techniques, we empower young people with the knowledge and confidence to become active participants in marine conservation. Our curriculum is developed in partnership with local schools and aligned with national education standards.

Engage

Turning communities into long-term reef protectors

Community programs, school activities, reef monitoring, awareness events, and youth leadership.

We believe lasting conservation happens when communities take ownership. Through school partnerships, public awareness events, citizen science programs, and youth leadership development, we involve people of all ages in protecting the reefs they depend on. Our community engagement model creates a network of local stewards committed to ocean health.
